Staying safe on iFreeTalk
Talking to strangers should be fun, not risky. Here is what iFreeTalk does to protect you, and what you can do too.
What we do
- Anonymous. No name, phone number or email. You get a random nickname you can change.
- Encrypted and never recorded. Voice and chat go straight between the two phones.
- Your IP stays hidden from the other person, because calls pass through a relay.
- Reports that work. Reporting ends the call, you are never matched with that person again, and three reports within an hour suspend an account automatically.
- Block for good. Decline someone's direct calls twice and they cannot call you again.
- Adults only. iFreeTalk is for people aged 18 and over.
What you can do
- Never share your phone number, address, UPI ID or social media.
- Never send money to someone you met here.
- End the call and report anyone who makes you uncomfortable.
- In an emergency, call 112.
